All our rooms are exclusively double rooms. We are sorry but we do not have any single or twin rooms. No pets, children or smoking.

Two night minimum booking at weekends and peak seasons.

When booking, we ask for a deposit to the value of the first night's stay.
Most credit/debit cards accepted.

Check-in time

4pm onwards. Earlier by prior arrangement.

10.30am.

Cancellations

We take a deposit to protect our business from non-arrivals and late cancellations. We aim to be as flexible and helpful as possible, and in most cases will refund your deposit, minus a small charge to cover our bank costs, except where cancellation has been very late and/or we have not been able to re-let the room. We will always refund money in full, minus a small charge to cover our bank costs, providing the booking is cancelled more then 14 days in advance of expected arrival date.
