We finished a major refurbishment of the guesthouse in March 2007 and have been delighted at the response from our guests. The lovely comments really do make all the stresses, delays and heartaches of the seemingly never-ending building work seem worthwhile.

The tourist board inspector, having stayed anonymously, was very pleased with the guesthouse and we are proud to now possess a four star rating. Above and beyond that he thought the B&B worthy of a Silver award, which is quite a rarity. Our aim was to make the most of this lovely little cottage and its idyllic setting, and this official recognition is a reward for our efforts.
